Love in the time of Cholera

This is the book I nearly finish.
For me, the words of this book is pretty hard. This is bascially because of my poor vocabulary.

Maybe you can in love with anyone at any time. However, the one you love most will never the one next to you. Platonic love may help two different person to start a relationship. When things turn out in the reality, all is changed. Love is not the only issue we consider. Family, Fame, Fate... may all come out at the same time when we are awakened from the sweetness. This can terminate a relationship, but not love. You may burry in at the bottom of heart for sake of ease. But you still cannot forget the one you love most. Why we can forget all the skills we learnt, but not love?
